This is an X-ray of my ankle and leg after surgery in October 2002. The surgery repaired what I did to myself when I fell about 8 feet climbing up into my Bow Hunting Stand.
Later, I learned that what happened to me was very preventable. Now it’s the only way I’ll go up into a tree.
